Rexburg, Idaho

On our way west we stopped in Rexburg to pick up our son and his wife.  They are students at BYU-ID.  I have not been in Rexburg since the 1970s, and that stop was brief.  Rexburg now has a Latter-day Saint temple, a sacred building for members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  I have included some photos from that.
I love the symbolism of wheat in the Scriptures, one being that Christ is the bread of life.  One side of the temple has some stained glass windows depicting wheat, and it faces a large wheat field.  It was beautiful.
